LONDON, Feb. 15, 2008 (Thomson Financial delivered by Newstex) -- Investment firm Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Ltd said it has signed a letter of intent for a 15 mln usd investment in Canadian software firm WellPoint (NYSE:WLP) Systems Inc.
LONDON, Feb. 15, 2008 (Thomson Financial delivered by Newstex) -- Investment firm Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Ltd said it has signed a letter of intent for a 15 mln usd investment in Canadian software firm WellPoint (NYSE:WLP) Systems Inc. The company said it would fund the WellPoint investment through an issue of convertible secured debenture, with a maturity date of approximately five years from date of issuance and an interest rate of 7.75 pct per annum.
